1. Nationwide Coverage
We deliver to every corner of Bangladesh spanning all 64 administrative districts. We partner with premier logistics providers (including Steadfast, RedX, and Pathao) to ensure prompt and secure handling of your luxury perfumes and watches.
2. Order Processing & Verification
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and handed over to the courier on the same business day. In certain cases, our customer care team may place a brief confirmation phone call before dispatch to confirm the delivery address.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation SMS with tracking details. You can also monitor real-time shipment status at any time on our Order Tracking Page using your Order Number and Phone Number.
4. Packaging & Fragile Handling
All perfumes, crystal bottles, and imported watches are carefully wrapped in multiple protective layers of air-cushioned bubble wrap and heavy-duty sealed shipping cartons to prevent leakage or transit damage.
